#Dish6: Baked Eggs with Avocado

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 avocado
  • Spring onion
  • pepper

Method

  1. Cut half of the avocado and slice the meat out slightly, enough to be able to add eggs
    in the middle.
  2. Prepared in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes using the fire on the bottom.
  3. After getting the eggs cooked as needed then sprinkle the spring onion, salt, pepper.
